RCom Hits Hattrick in Infrastructure Sharing – Deal with Aircel
Reliance Communications is ringing the cash register by offering its OFC network as as well as passive Infrastructure for other Telecom companies. The company has scored a hat-trick – RCom -Etisalat DB in July, RCom – S Tel just a few days ago and today its RCom - Aircel.
The proposed agreement with Aircel envisages sharing of towers, providing voice carriage and bulk bandwidth and is pegged at around $300 million. The deal will cover all circles where the latter operates and is expected to launch operations. Read more
