hi i feel well after the continuesly using relince,i know that on this blog all people asking only problems but i am thanking to relince they taking forward to consumer. presnoly my exeprience is everge. average so, becz the permanant staffe of the company is no behaving like people friendly , i know that they have heavy work load but the consumer is base of company it’s hard fact understood all of them

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Reliance Classic 7610 from Devendra Telecom, Gandhi Bazar Main Road Opp Athithya Hotel, Basavanagudi, Bangalore 560004 on Feb 12,2009. I inserted BSNL SIM Card it is showing no SIM. I visited your reliance outlets in bangalore but it is very unfortunate that your outlet staffs are not aware of this handset. Kindly help me in giving service centre addresses or can you exchange the same. Loking forward to hear from you.
