So, dude just don be a Typical Indian and screw their happiness.
Make a complaint to the superior and their superior if you don get any response or the same lethargic response. The shit loads of TATA trust as said by AAMIR KHAN is a universal absurd statement.
They don get the useless money and we loose our service time and money…

Folks! I have taken a TATA WIMAX connection in Bangalore.. The tariff suggested is true. The speed is ok.

BUT TATA’s SERVICE JUST SUCKS…

I had opted for a dynamic IP which requires login.. my first mistake

Within 5 days I realized that it keeps disconnecting every now an then and requires a login each time, so you dont have an ‘Always On’ connection.

Then I requested for a static IP, its 15 days since, they gave a static IP which is still not working, I keep calling everyday but to no avail, they make u wait on the call for hours, trying the same online solutions every single day saying it has been fixed… but to no avail

Then the call will come to an end saying somone from bangalore will come and check… till date that hasnt happened

And the next day I call them asking what happened and the routine contimues…

Its about 20 days since i have taken the connection and my one month payment is going down the drain… being a typical Indian.. I am waitin hopin they will set it right tomorrow….
