I have buy a Photon 3.1 mbps commited speed by Tataindicom, but i never get above 1.0 mbps speed through my device. All technical executive told me that when you will be alone user on our server, on that time you can get 3.1 mbps speed!!!! How it can be possible???? We inform you all this is a style of marketing of products, No body is avilable in this entire India, who can say that i amenjoing 3.1 mbps speed from PHOTON+. But in 2009 their services started deteriorating and i became very frustrated .In fact in our area they started gaving problems and suddenly tata broadband decided to discontinue their services and I got an SMS regarding that. In june 2009 my internet services were stopped because of that . Anyway It was company's decision to terminate their services in our area and they told me to go for wireless broadband as they are having problem in running DSL router services. But when their people came for connecting wireless broadband they found that they were not getting the signals in our area . I told them ok you refund me the money paid in advance for 3 months as i had just renewed the plan . they said it will be done after collecting the instrument in august 2009 they came for collecting the instrument (DSL Router) .Since then I have been sending them mails for refunding the money due to me. And I must say that I was really astonished to noite that the comapny works in a very unprofessional and casual manner It seems no body is bothered about their customers . I have sending mails since than and I have mail folder wherein I have around 50 mails and their replies from tata commnication . Their replies are very general and same almost as if some machine is sending you and automatic reply. Acording to them my request has been processed and i will recieve my refund within 15-20 days This reply I have been recieving since Oct,2009. Someone may Pls help me and Mr. TATA's reputation Sir,
