Well that’s a slightly over optimistic promise but if delivered, hats off to him. Indians (Bangaloreans) had access to 64 KBPs unlimited internet in 2001 which got bumped to 128 KBPs in 2003 and  is currently 256-384 KBPs in most parts. So looking at this advancement, I am a bit skeptical about 1 MBPs unlimited pipe, but 512 KBPs by end of 2007 is certainly doable.
