As per sales man of my nearest Idea outlet he confirmed if u will recharge for 100 then u will get talk time of Rs. 74.00/- and then I asked him if I will recharge for 200 then he confirmed it will simply double. But after recharged I got the message that my account has been recharged successfully with 100/- but what about rest 100 Rs?? Then I called customer care and one of IDEA executive told : They are paying service tax thats why suppose I recharged for 200 then 100 Rs. will goes in tax. Then I told please justify. He get frusted and tell this is our policy as we are giving full talk time on Rs. 333/222 thats why we are charging like this. That means they will take 100 Rs from us and provide the service on Rs.333. What an IDEA sir ji ?? That man also telling me this 100 Rs will be for validity and I told I have the validity for next 5 months so It will extend for 6 months? He is trying to justify that no it will not.
